ACCESS STATEMENT

The Royal Lion Hotel is situated at 1 High Street overlooking Tenby harbour and
North beach.
The Hotel is level with the town centre.
The front door has two steps.
There is level access available through the back door.
Restaurant, bar, reception and Stage Door Café bar are on the ground floor
The Hotel has no level deck showers.
A full accessible toilet ( with transfer space ) is situated on the ground floor in the
Stage Door Café Bar.
There is a lift to the 1st., 2nd., and 3rd. floors.
The 4th. floor is not serviced by lift.
Not all rooms are accessible by a wheelchair.
Porter service is available to assist guests with luggage upon request.
Nearest major towns are Haverfordwest, Carmarthen and Swansea.
The nearest Railway Station is situated in Warren Street.
The Bus Station is in Upper Park Road ( by Somerfield Supermarket).
The Hotel has its own private car park ( although parking is not guaranteed due to limited
spaces ) which is situated behind the Royal Playhouse Cinema in White Lion Street.
The mobile telephone network is 'orange'.
